FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM

About

The program provides graduates with the Degree of Bachelor
of Science (BSc), in Food Safety. It is designed to develop the
necessary attitude and competence for application of scientific
principles in food safety to enhance food security and
sustainable food production and fulfill consumer, social and
environmental needs. It prepares professionals for all food
enterprises, including food industry, food technology, food
authorities, food laboratories and food research institutes.
Teaching and learning impart knowledge, skills and values to
develop employability and provide specialists who think and
act creatively. Methods and techniques of advanced teaching
and practical interactive learning and training in companies
are provided.
