A course meant to familiarize incoming students to the tools, skills, and abilities needed in an Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering. It is essentially a "taste" of how Industrial Engineering is applied in the work world. Lab examples include time study training, inventory management, incentive programs, forecasting, sequencing, and production planning.
